Early downloads of the Clotho 2.0 Mac distribution may encounter errors when trying to run Clotho again after the installation (it will work the first time if you “launch after install”). This is due to a malfunctioning alias (shortcut) that is created during the process. If this happens to you, go to the terminal and navigate to: /Applications/clotho.app/Contents/Resources/clotho/bin

Once there type ./clotho

A fix is on the way and will only affect very early adopters.

For instance, if I have A, B, C, D, AB, CA, and ABD in my collection, and want to build CABD, can I use Clotho to quickly determine that C + ABD is the fastest assembly strategy?

This would be useful for parsing my 300+ parts and constructs. I’ve been trying to find a DNA parts tool with this feature to no avail.
